Brownian motion inside a bicycle tire

latex blobIf you ride a mountain bike with tubeless tires you may have found one of these blobs of latex in the tire (or maybe heard it). I’m pretty sure this is a form of Brownian motion forming a Brownian Tree, where the latex congeals about a spec of dirt in a random fashion (kinda like a bouncy pearl).
